So proud you became the confident,educated beautiful person you are today Seeing I only had few tools to work with you vowed that your toolbox would overflow and with hard work you succeeded and you keep on adding to the box .With who you are and your X the boys will grow up being strong and confident as you two have great qualities to pass on to them.

Very well said. You are right, even before I met you, but especially after, it never would have crossed my mind to pity you. You are a strong confident woman (bonus points if you get the Friends reference), and it sounds like you were raised by 2 strong women. I think people’s reactions to things usually have more to do with them than it does with the person they are reacting to.
